Law on Copyright and Related Rights provides two forms of managing copyright and related rights. Individual rights management, Article 158 of the Law, according to which the rights are administered by the individual himself or through his representative based on the relevant authorization.

Collective management of rights is done by the associations for collective administration, licensed by the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports.
